Yesterday, we finally had a meaty TWAB from the Destiny 2 team, which was an extended conversation with the weapons squad at Bungie. Part of it was announcing actual changes coming, part of it was explaining how certain aspects of weapons work. But as nice as it was to clarify what exactly Zen Moment is doing on my pulse rifles, I figured it might be useful to separate out what actual changes are coming to weapons, which are woven all throughout the piece.

Here's what I could extract, along with a rough timeline of when this stuff is actually coming:
