Leica Sport Optics is excited to launch its first ever riflescope with the new Calonox Sight clip-on thermal combo—the Trinity. The Leica Calonox Trinity combines Leica’s experience in imaging and riflescope design with a clip-on thermal addition to give hunters the same image quality when stalking day or night, and in adverse weather conditions such as rain, fog, and light snow.

The package is created by pairing Leica’s 3X-18X-44mm Amplus 6 riflescope with their Calonox thermal sight, using  a Rusan adapter. Leica’s image processing (Leica Image Optimization – LIO) improves the image using special algorithms, to achieve sharp, detailed color gradations, excellent contrast, and high-detail resolution. Image recognition is based on a vanadium oxide (VOx) sensor with 384X288 pixels and 17 μm pixel size, with excellent temperature resolution. Four field-tested color modes are included—Red Hot, White Hot, Black Hot, and Rainbow—which offer the hunter detailed and high-contrast images to accurately identify game.
