Sightron is now offering the new S1 line of 1-inch-tube riflescopes. The S1 series is based on a new process that Sightron engineers developed to improve light transmission without increasing costs, which delayed the release of the scopes to the market.

“Since its formal launch at SHOT Show, the S1 has undergone an important internal upgrade,” said Jeff Penn, National Sales Manager, Sightron. “We apologize to our customers and dealers for the delay, but we felt it was important to give our customers the best possible viewing experience. We are fully stocked and shipping now.”

The new S1 series is built on the legacy of the original SI series that was first introduced in 2002 and builds upon 20 years of experience creating optics for hunters and target sport enthusiasts.

Sightron’s designers and engineers focused on reducing weight, improving optical design, light transmission, eye relief and a more generous sight picture, without increasing prices. Staying true to industry standard zoom ranges, the team at Sightron also used modern optical technologies, material improvements, and looked for those “little tweaks” that make a difference. The result is a seamless transition from your current riflescope while benefiting from the latest in optical technology.

Each S1 riflescope uses a 1-inch, lightweight, aircraft-aluminum tube that is O-ring sealed, air purged, then filled with nitrogen gas for waterproof and fogproof performance. S1 riflescopes have Sightron’s Lifetime Performance Guarantee that is backed by a team of skilled technicians.

The S1 Riflescope lineup includes the following optics:

The S1 4-12x40 AO G2 will be available in 2023 with an adjustable objective front focus and 2 reticle different reticle options. For more information on the new S1 Riflescope line and the other products from Sightron, please visit sightron.com.
